Library Excellence Toolkit
a staff learning and development program
Classes
The core class Managing Effective Interactions sets the stage and provides the key definitions and communications tenets for the other workshops. The core class Building Trust in the Workplace concentrates on helping individuals establish relations of trust in the workplace. Most classes are 2-4 hours in length and are delivered by our own librarians and other University employees who are resident subject matter experts and/or certified facilitators.
All sessions will include both a discussion component and skill building exercises, in order to share best practices, build a community of workplace excellence in the Library, and refine our skills in a safe atmosphere while receiving constructive feedback from colleagues.
